摘要
食品安全是关系公众健康和社会稳定的重要内容,然而,随着食品产业的发展和全球化趋势的加强,食品安全问题愈加复杂多元,既包括传统的微生物污染、农药残留、添加剂超标等问题,也涵盖了转基因食品、新型食品添加剂等新兴问题,这使得食品安全监管面临着巨大的挑战。基于此,本研究对食品安全监管中的快速检测技术进行深入研究,简述其在食品安全监管中的价值,介绍几种主要的快速检测技术,如免疫胶体金技术、纸片检测技术等,比较各技术的优缺点,并提出快速检测技术在食品安全监管中的应用策略,以期为食品安全监管提供新的技术方案和策略思考,为进一步提升食品安全监管的效率和水平提供助力。
Food safety is an important aspect related to public health and social stability,however,with the development of the food industry and the trend of globalization,food safety problems more complex multiple,including the traditional microbial pollution,pesticide residues,additives,also covers the emerging problems such as genetically modified food,new food additives.This makes the food safety regulation faces a huge challenge.Based on this,this study conducts in-depth research on rapid detection technologies in food safety supervision,outlines their value in food safety supervision,introduces several major rapid detection technologies,such as immune colloidal gold technology,paper detection technology,etc.,compares the advantages and disadvantages of each technology,and proposes application strategies for rapid detection technology in food safety supervision,in order to provide new technical solutions and strategic thinking for food safety supervision,and to provide assistance for further improving the efficiency and level of food safety supervision.
