关于上海“十四五”期间建设低碳地下空间的探讨

摘要 为推动城市进一步高质量发展,上海提出十四五期间“五大新城”和“南北地区转型”的发展格局。在此背景下,上述地区未来将大量建设地下空间项目。为响应国家双碳目标,地下空间未来也应向低碳目标发展。文章通过构建地下空间碳排放计算模型,分析地下空间与地面建筑碳排放特征,并给出了地下空间进一步节能减碳的规划和设计策略。文章发现,地下空间全生命周期的碳排放相比地面建筑更低,同时具有进一步节能减碳的潜力,对上海“五大新城”和“南北地区转型”具有重大的意义。 In order to further promote the high quality development of the city,Shanghai has proposed the development pattern of“Five New Cities”and“Northern and Southern Transformation Regions”in the“14th Five-year Plan”.In this context,a large number of underground space projects will be built in the future.In response to the goal of“carbon peaking”and“carbon neutrality”,the underground space project should also develop towards low carbon.This paper analyzes the characteristics of carbon emissions of underground space and ground buildings by establishing a carbon emission calculation model of underground space,and proposes the planning and design strategies for underground space.It can be concluded that the life-cycle carbon emission of underground space is lower than that of ground buildings,and has the potential to be lower,which is of great significance to Shanghai’s“Five New Cities”and“Northern and Southern Transformation Regions”.
