基于CiteSpace量化分析的公共服务设施研究进展

公共服务是城市发展的核心竞争力,随着社会经济的发展,人民对美好生活的需要日益增长,公共服务设施的发展也由基本的居住区公共服务设施配置转向以人为本的特征化、精准化方向。文章基于CiteSpace软件,1994年之前在公共服务设施研究方面发文量极少,之后研究逐渐增多。依据发文量增长率划分为4个时间段,结合文献分析关键词网络,发掘各阶段公共服务设施的关注热点,通过提炼三个时间段的聚类中心词发掘公共服务设施的研究热点趋势。公共服务设施的发展经历了从量变到质变的过程,研究范畴从宏观指标控制到微观生活圈的精准化配置,从客观指标配置到主观行为特征评价;研究方法从定性指标分析到基于大数据的空间量化;研究热点趋向社区公共服务治理、大数据新数据的应用、老龄化设计等方面。通过文献计量方法为存量时代公共服务设施的精准配置优化方向提供一定的参考。

Public service is the core competitiveness of urban development.With the development of social economy and the people’s demand for a better life,the development of public service facilities has shifted from basic allocation of public service facilities in residential areas to a people-oriented and precise direction.This paper analyzed the articles focusing on domestic public service facilities published in CNKI from 1988 to 2021 based on CiteSpace,which found that there were few papers of public service facilities published before 1994,and since then there was a slight growth.On the basis of growth rate,it was divided into four stages.Combined with literature review,elaborated on the hotspots and developing trends,and explored the trend of hot spots in public service facilities by extracting the cluster key words in three phases.The development of public service facilities has experienced a process from quantitative allocation to qualitative change.The research scope ranges from macro index control to pedestrian-scale neighborhood accurate allocation.and from objective index allocation to subjective behavior evaluation.The research methods range from qualitative index analysis to spatial quantification based on big data.The research hotspots tend to community public service governance,the big data application,the aging design,and so on.Through the bibliometric analysis,it provides a certain reference for the accurate allocation and optimization of public service facilities in the stock era.
