摘要
使用回弹法检测混凝土构件抗压强度,具有结果准确可靠、使用经济轻便、可快速大批量检测等优点,已在建筑工程中得到了广泛的应用。本文为探究现场操作对回弹法检测混凝土强度的影响,结合重庆市某大桥进行回弹法检测实例分析,使用回弹仪现场测得回弹值数据,按照国家有关技术规定,通过对回弹值进行计算、修正,结合碳化值分析出混凝土抗压强度。在现场检测过程中,发现测量方法、环境、仪器、测区对检测混凝土强度的精度有着重要影响。
Using the rebound method to detect the compressive strength of concrete components has the advantages of accuracy,reliability,economy,lightness,and speed,and has been widely used in construction engineering.This paper is to explore the impact of on-site operations on the strength of concrete tested by rebound method.Combining with a bridge in Chongqing,the paper carries out an analysis on rebound method testing of the bridge,uses rebound tester to measure the rebound value data on-site,and then calculates and corrects the rebound value in accordance with relevant national technical regulations,and finally analyzes the compressive strength of concrete in combination with the carbonation value.In the process of on-site inspection,it was found that the measurement method,environment,instrument,and measurement area had an important influence on the accuracy of concrete strength testing.
