基于BIM的住宅装配式内装参数化建模研究

Research on Parametric Modeling of Residential Prefabricated Interior Decoration Based on BIM

装配式内装是我国住宅近年来大力推广的装修形式,随着BIM技术在建筑装饰行业的渗透,BIM逐渐开始在住宅装配式内装领域得到应用。研究针对目前在住宅装配式内装设计过程中BIM模型建模效率低、错误率高的情况,借助Rhino.Inside.Revit插件,将Grasshopper参数化平台运用至住宅装配式内装的方案设计与Revit模型创建中。基于现有住宅装配式内装的设计及施工经验,创建了一种住宅装配式内装BIM精细化模型创建工作方式,并通过装配式内装墙面系统作为案例介绍其具体流程。

Prefabricated interior decoration is a decoration form that has been vigorously promoted in residential buildings in our country in recent years.With the penetration of BIM technology in the building decoration industry,BIM has gradually begun to be applied in the field of residential prefabricated interior decoration.In view of the current situation of low efficiency and high error rate of BIM model modeling in the process of residential prefabricated interior decoration design,this paper uses the Rhino.Inside.Revit plug-in to apply the Grasshopper parametric platform to the scheme design and Revit model of residential prefabricated interior decoration.Based on the design and construction experience of the existing residential prefabricated interior decoration,a work method for creating BIM refined models for residential prefabricated interior decoration is created,and the specific process is introduced by taking the prefabricated interior wall system as a case.
