黄岛老城区景观风貌与环境品质更新策略研究

Study on the Renewal Strategy of Landscape Style and Environmental Quality of Huangdao Old City

随着我国进入快速城市化时期,城市更新的步伐已由大城市向中小城区蔓延,老城区中原有传统风貌及城市肌理快速消失,老城区作为城市的重要组成部分,既蕴涵着城市发展的历史,又体现着时代发展的变迁。文章通过文献查阅、实地调研等方法,对影响城区环境风貌的四大因素——城市街道、城市绿地、老旧厂区、老旧居住区存在的问题进行总结,提出对老城区景观风貌与环境品质的有效更新策略,以期对后续的城市发展和城市环境品质的提升提供有价值的指引。

As China enters the period of rapid urbanization,the pace of urban renewal has spread from large cities to small and medium-sized cities.The traditional style and urban texture in the old urban area have rapidly disappeared.As an important part of the city,the old urban area not only contains the history of urban development,but also reflects the changes of the times.Through literature review,field investigation and other methods,this paper summarizes the problems of the four major factors affecting the environmental style of the urban area,including urban streets,urban green space,old factory areas and old residential areas,and puts forward effective renewal strategies for the landscape style and environmental quality of the old urban area,in order to provide valuable guidance for the subsequent urban development and for the improvement of urban environmental quality.
