煤矿井下采煤机记忆截割关键技术研究

摘要 作为煤矿综采面“三机”之一,采煤机的智能化及无人化控制水平是决定综采面高效生产的关键。本文在研究采煤机工作原理及其特性的基础上,从采煤机精确定位、滚筒自动调高控制、牵引速度自适应调节3个方面入手,通过地理信息系统(GIS)实时获取采煤机及其滚筒的位置与姿态,建立记忆截割模型,采用人工学习、自动截割、人工修正的方式设计截割控制流程以及相应的控制系统,实现对采煤机的自适应截割控制,有效提高了采煤机智能化运行水平。 As one of the“three machines”in the fully mechanized coal mining face,the intelligent and unmanned control level of the coal mining machine is the key to determine the efficient production of the fully mechanized coal mining face.Based on the research on the working principle and characteristics of coal mining machines,this paper starts from three aspects:Precise positioning of coal mining machines,automatic drum height adjustment control,and adaptive traction speed adjustment.The real-time position and posture of coal mining machines and their drums are obtained through geographic information systems(GIS),and a memory cutting model is established.The cutting control process is designed using manual learning,automatic cutting,and manual correction methods,and design the corresponding control system to achieve adaptive cutting control of the coal mining machine,effectively improving the intelligent operation level of the coal mining machine.
