摘要
在对弹体数字化铣削加工单元的研究中,本文通过分析单元布局和工艺流程,设计应用于单元自动化上下料系统中的七轴工业机器人的结构及通信系统方案,并以缩短生产过程中的辅助时间为目标,通过在机器人第七轴滑台上添加两组暂存托盘增加七轴机器人的物料运载能力的方法,优化原有工作流程,在MloT.VC Premium 5.2软件中运行仿真。结果表明,优化后的机床停机时间可缩短65.52%,有效提高了生产效率。
In the study of digital milling processing units for missile bodies,this paper analyzes the unit layout and process flow,designs the structure and communication system scheme of a seven axis industrial robot applied in the unit automation loading and unloading system,and aims to reduce auxiliary time in the production process.By adding two sets of temporary storage trays on the seventh axis sliding table of the robot to increase the material carrying capacity of the seven axis robot,the original workflow is optimized,running simulation in MloT.VC Premium 5.2 software.The results show that the optimized machine tool downtime can be reduced by 65.52%,effectively improving production efficiency.
