摘要
本文提出了一种新型卷取变径模糊PID控制方法,该方法使得卷取机和原有重卷机组的开卷机直接建张,实现了卷取张力稳定控制,张力的匹配性更好,建张响应速度明显加快,动态稳定性能显著提高,超调量变小,实现了宽幅超薄不锈带钢(厚度为0.02 mm,宽度大于或等于400 mm)卷取152 mm和76 mm两种变径的要求,且钢卷可以卷紧和卷齐,边部错层为±0.1 mm,解决了常规控制方法张力控制精度低和运行过程中张力的微小波动造成抽带和断带的问题。
This paper proposes a new method of changing the inner diameter by using fuzzy PID control,the method can build tension directly by making the take-up reel and the pay-off reel connect together.This method achieved stable control of take-up reel,better matching of tension,significantly faster response of build-up tension,significantly improved dynamic stability performance,and decrease overshoot.Achieved the requirement of coiling 152 mm and 76 mm diameter of wide ultra-thin stainless steel strips(Thickness is 0.02 mm,width is greater than or equal to 400 mm),and the coil can be rolled tight and flush,the edge of the wrong layer±O.lmm,solved the problems of jerking and broken tape due to the lower accuracy of conventional control method tension control and the the small fluctuations during operation process.
