汽车动力总成试验台运动均衡控制策略的优化

摘要 本文提供了一种能在原有汽车动力总试验台的基础上,不增加硬件设备设施,通过软件算法优化(增加转速/转矩均衡控制算法)实现对汽车动力总成试验台双侧车轮加载装置的运动均衡控制。采用转矩传感器和转速传感器分别高速采集当前双侧负载电机工况点的转矩和转速,并将信号实时传递给运动均衡控制单元,运动均衡控制单元根据均衡算法和闭环控制算法计算得到双侧变频控制单元的转矩控制指令,变频控制单元对双侧负载电机实现矢量控制。与传统汽车动力总成试验台相比,汽车动力总试验台可通过运动均衡控制单元的均衡控制算法实现两种工作模式下的均衡策略。 This paper provides a method that can realize the motion balance control of the wheel loading device on both sides of the vehicle Powertrain test bench through software algorithm optimization(increasing the speed/torque balance control algorithm)without adding hardware facilities on the basis of the original vehicle powertrain test bench.The torque sensor and speed sensor are used to collect the torque and speed of the current working points of the bilateral load motor at high speed,and the signal is transmitted in real-time to the motion balance control unit.The motion balance control unit calculates the torque control instructions of the bilateral variable frequency control unit based on the balance algorithm and closed-loop control algorithm,and the variable frequency control unit implements vector control of the bilateral load motor.Compared with the traditional vehicle Powertrain test-bed,the vehicle powertrain test-bed can achieve the balance strategy under the two working modes through the balance control algorithm of the motion balance control unit.
