大采高综采工作面自动化系统的开发与应用

Development and Application of Automation System for Fully Mechanized Mining Face with Large Mining Height

为提高开采效率和质量,本文设计了一种面向大采高综采工作面的自动控制系统,重点介绍了采煤机控制、液压支架控制、视频监控和液压支架数据监测4个主要功能模块的设计。通过实际应用测试可知,该系统性能优越,具有一定的应用价值。

In order to improve the mining efficiency and quality,this paper designes an automatic system for fully mechanized mining face with large mining height,focuses on the four main functional modules of shearer control,hydraulic support control,video monitoring and hydraulic support data monitoring.The actual application test shows that the system has excellent performance and has certain application value.
