储能参与电厂调频工程的设计与研究

摘要 以风能、太阳能、地热能、潮汐能为基础的新能源发电较为依赖自然资源条件,具有随机性、波动性和间歇性等特点,其调节控制比较困难,大规模投运会给电网的安全稳定运行带来隐患。为了解决区域电网内的有功不平衡问题,本文采用在电厂侧增加储能的方式,使储能系统参与电网调频,实时调节电网中调频电源的有功出力,从而实现电网频率调节速率快、精度高、频繁转换功率调节方向能力强等功能。 New energy power generation based on wind energy,solar energy,geothermal energy,and tidal energy is more dependent on natural resource conditions,characterized by randomness,volatility,and intermittency.Its regulation and control are difficult,and large-scale operation will bring hidden dangers to the safe and stable operation of the power grid.In order to solve the problem of active power imbalance in the regional power grid,this paper uses the method of adding energy storage at the power plant side to enable the energy storage system to participate in the grid frequency modulation,and adjust the active power output of the frequency modulation power supply in the grid in real time,so as to achieve the functions of fast frequency regulation speed,high accuracy,and strong ability to frequently change the direction of power regulation.
