摘要
为解决带式输送机装载点因存在0.5 m的落差导致粉尘浓度过大,影响现场作业人员身心健康和设备安全运行的问题,本文在研究雾化机理的基础上,通过理论计算和经验数据初步确定了喷嘴的结构参数,然后基于实验系统优化喷嘴结构参数,最后,根据实际需求设计了喷雾降尘装置控制系统,并验证了最终的现场降尘效率,取得了理想的效果。
To solve the problem of excessive dust concentration caused by a O.5 m drop at the loading point of a belt conveyor,which affects the physical and mental health of on-site operators and the safe operation of equipment,based on the study of atomization mechanism,the structural parameters of the nozzle were preliminarily determined through theoretical calculations and empirical data.Then,the nozle structural parameters were optimized based on the experimental system.Finally,the control system of spray dust suppression device is designed according to the actual demand,and the final on-site dust suppression efficiency is verified,and an ideal effect is obtained.
