摘要
检测宁波轨道交通2号线二期项目车辆运输到段后,发现部分牵引电机轴承存在异音情况,为此,本文开展了问题的分析定位,结合牵引电机的生产及转运情况,确认牵引电机轴承损伤存在于整车汽运阶段,并根据问题的原因制定了相应的应对措施,最终问题得以解决。
After detecting the vehicles of Ningbo Rail Transit Line 2 Phase II Project were transported to the depot,it was found that some traction motor bearings had abnormal sound.Therefore,this paper carried out analysis and positing of the problem,combined with the production and transportation of traction motors,confirmed that the traction motor bearing damage existed in the vehicle transportation stage,and formulated corresponding countermeasures according to the causes of the problem,which was finally verified to be solved.
