摘要
针对矿用带式输送机新带硫化连接时,输入电流和频率对硫化性能影响较大、硫化效果不稳定等问题,本文在分析了带式输送机新带接头硫化原理的基础上,以ST2000型钢丝绳芯输送带为研究对象,采用电磁分析软件Workbench仿真不同电流强度和工作频率下的硫化加热性能。结果表明,硫化温度升高对接头性能的影响较大,现场试验验证了仿真结果的合理性,以期为后期优化输送带接头硫化工艺、提高接头质量提供参考。
In response to the significant impact of input current and frequency on the vulcanization performance and unstable vulcanization effect during the vulcanization connection of new belts in mining belt conveyors,based on the analysis of the vulcanization principle of new belt joints in belt conveyors,the ST2000 steel wire rope core conveyor belt was taken as the research object,and the vulcanization heating performance under different current intensities and working frequencies was simulated using electromagnetic analysis software Workbench.The results indicate that the increase in vulcanization temperature has a significant impact on the performance of the joint.Field experiments have verified the rationality of the simulation results,to provide reference for optimizing the vulcanization process of conveyor belt joints and improving joint quality in the later stage.
