工厂供电系统的安全运行对企业至关重要,本文阐述了在线局部放电的各种检测技术手段在工厂供电系统以及不同类型设备上的实际应用,通过分析各类设备检测的数据,并结合相关事故案例,结果表明,电气设备所发生的绝缘事故大多与局部放电活动有关,而通过对设备在线局部放电检测是判断运行设备绝缘状态的有效方法。对工厂配电设备进行绝缘检测可以及早发现设备的绝缘故障,及时维护处理故障点,大幅提高工厂配电系统的供电可靠性,避免因非计划停机造成大的事故和损失。

The safe operation of the factory power supply system is crucial for enterprises.This paper elaborates on the practical application of various online partial discharge detection techniques in the factory power supply system and diferent types of equipment.By analyzing the data of various equipment detection and combining relevant accident cases,it is concluded that most insulation accidents occurring in electrical equipment are related to partial discharge activities,online partial discharge detection of equipment is an effective method to determine the insulation status of operating equipment.Conducting insulation testing on factory power distribution equipment can detect insulation faults in the equipment as soon as possible,maintain and handle fault points in a timely manner,greatly improve the power supply reliability of the factory power distribution system,and avoid major accidents and losses caused by unplanned shutdowns.
