摘要
本文从弹射座椅动力稳定性调节的角度出发,结合测量椅质心时,弹射状态与装机状态的质心差异,提出了一种等效修正的方法。针对稳定杆等机构和内筒等机构引起质心差异的不同,本文还分析了相应的等效修正原理和实施方式,通过试验数据测量及处理,获得了某型号弹射座椅的等效修正值,从测量误差的角度分析了采用总体最小二乘法进行曲线拟合的优势,并依此建立了内筒等组件的等效修正值与椅盆位置的关系函数,其结果能够指导弹射座椅动力配置和结构布局。
This paper proposes an equivalent correction method from the perspective of adjusting the dynamic stability of the ejection seat,combined with the difference in the center of mass between the ejection state and the installed state when measuring the center of mass of the seat.This paper analyzes the corresponding equivalent correction principles and implementation methods for the differences in centroid caused by mechanisms such as stabilizers and inner tubes.Through experimental data measurement and processing,the equivalent correction value of a certain type of ejection seat is obtained.From the perspective of measurement error,the advantage of using the total least squares method for curve fitting is analyzed,and a relationship function between the equivalent correction value of inner tube and other components and the position of the chair basin is established based on this.The results can guide the power configuration and structural layout of the ejection seat.
