井下通风系统故障在线监测系统的设计与应用

摘要 煤矿井下通风系统是保证煤矿安全生产和矿工生命健康的关键环节,用于给煤矿井下输送新鲜的空气并排出有毒有害气体。但受煤矿井下恶劣环境的影响,煤矿井下通风系统非常容易出现各种故障和运行异常,给煤矿的高效生产预埋了隐患。为此,本文研究了煤矿井下通风系统故障在线监测系统,设计了一套煤矿井下通风系统故障在线监测系统方案,利用传感器监测通风系统的运行状态,并通过上位机监控系统实现对故障的识别与诊断。经现场应用表明,本次设计的矿井通风系统故障识别精度高,响应时间仅为0.53 s,节省了人力成本,取得了非常满意的应用效果。 Underground ventilation system of coal mine is the key link to ensure the safe production of coal mine and the life and health of miners.It is used to transport fresh air to underground coal mine and discharge toxic and harmful gases.However,due to the influence of the harsh environment of coal mine,the ventilation system of coal mine is very prone to various faults and abnormal operation,which lays hidden dangers for the efficient production of coal mine.So this paper studies the fault online monitoring system of the underground ventilation system in coal mine,designs a set of underground coal mine ventilation system,to monitor the operation state of the ventilation system,and realizes the identification and diagnosis of the fault through the upper computer monitoring system.The field application shows that the fault identification accuracy of the designed mine ventilation system is high and the response time is only 0.53 s,which saves the labor cost and achieves a very satisfactory application effect.
