摘要
接地、法拉第笼和SPD是站场防雷保护的主要措施,但若机柜集成和施工出现问题,这些保护措施可能形同虚设。本文针对某输气管道雷击事件,从接地和防雷的基本概念和规范入手,逐条分析了控制系统机柜和施工暴露的相关问题,并给出了合理的改进措施。经现场整改,控制系统已安全运行3年多,再未发生雷击事件。
Grounding,Faraday cage and SPD are the main measures for lightning protection at the station.Meanwhile if there are problems with cabinet integration and construction.These protections may be useless.This paper starts from the basic concepts and specifications of grounding and lightning protection for a gas pipeline lightning event.The related problems exposed by the control system cabinet and construction are analyzed one by one,and reasonable improvement measures are given.After on-site rectification,the control system has been operating safely for more than 3 years without further lightning strikes.
