摘要
随着自动化、无人化、智能化进程的加快,作为一座典型的高山型大比高露天矿,甘肃西沟矿业有限公司完成了基于5G通讯条件下露天采场的穿孔、铲装、运输、破碎设备的智能操控技术改造,实现了采场主体设备的远程操控和自动化运行。同时,通过积极研究探索,将虚拟电子围栏应用到采场铲、车、钻生产运行区域和重点关键场所,实现了采场设备的安全高效运行,保证了采矿过程中人员误闯入和设备异常情况下的报警、信息传输、事件处置和安全管控。
With the acceleration of automation,unmanned,and intelligent processes,Gansu Xigou Mining Co.,Ltd.,as a typical high-altitude open-pit mine,has completed the intelligent control technology transformation of perforation,shovel loading,transportation,and crushing equipment in open-pit mining areas based on 5G communication conditions,achieving remote control and automated operation of the main equipment in the mining area.At the same time,through active research and exploration,virtual electronic fences have been applied to the production and operation areas of mining shovels,vehicles,and drills,as well as key locations,achieving the safe and efficient operation of mining equipment,ensuring alarm,information transmission,event handling,and safety control in the event of personnel accidentally entering and equipment abnormalities during the mining process.
