Establishment of Core Competence System of High-level Professional Talents in Modern Postal Industry Based on Competency Model

培养行业急需的人才是深入推进产教融合的重要目标,现代邮政业的转型升级催生了对高层次专业人才的迫切需求。文章结合现代邮政业发展态势和趋势,对现代邮政业的人才需求种类、需求层次、需求能力三个方面进行调研及需求分析,提出了现代邮政业专业人才胜任素质基本模型,构建了基于胜任素质模型的现代邮政业高层次专业人才核心能力体系,通过实践探索提出了完善现代邮政业高层次专业人才核心能力体系的对策建议,以期为现代邮政业高层次专业人才培养提供参考。

It is an important goal to further promote the integration of industry and education to cultivate talents urgently needed by the industry.The transformation and upgrading of modern postal industry has brought about an urgent demand for high-level professional talents.Based on the development situation and trend of modern postal industry,this paper conducts research and demands analysis on the types,levels and abilities of talents'needs in modern postal industry,proposes a basic competency model for modern postal professionals,and constructs a core competency system for high-level professional talents in modern postal industry based on the competency model.Through practice and exploration,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the core competence system of high-level professional talents in modern postal industry in order to provide reference for the training of high-level professional talents in modern postal industry.
