摘要
当前,线上直播带货为电子商务带来了高速发展和各大快递企业之间激烈竞争。高校校园快递凭借其庞大的消费群体、独特的市场需求和不同于一般快递的存在环境,在电商时代占据了重要地位,且面临着更大的挑战。文章主要通过对N校在各大快递公司之间激烈竞争以及网络带货时代背景下,对现有快递管理工作情况进行调研,从快递站建立与整合、运营管理、智能配送等角度展开研究,给出关于完善高校快递配送机制的建议,力求为网络消费背景下的高校物流配送管理提供参照与借鉴,确保校园物流配送“最后一公里”安全运行。
At present,online live delivery of goods has brought high-speed development to e-commerce.There is fierce competition among major express enterprises.College campus express,with its huge consumer group,unique market demand and the existence environment different from general express,occupies an important position in the e-commerce era,and faces greater challenges.This research mainly investigates the existing express delivery management work of N university under the background of fierce competition among major express companies and the era of online goods delivery,studies from the perspective of the establishment and integration of express stations,operation management,intelligent distribution,etc.,and gives suggestions on improving the construction of express delivery mechanism of colleges and universities,striving to provide reference and reference for the logistics distribution management of colleges and universities under the background of online consumption,ensure the safe operation of the"last mile"of campus logistics distribution.
