新农村建设背景下农业废弃物逆向物流研究

Research on Reverse Logistics of Agricultural Waste under the Background of New Rural Construction

随着新农村建设政策的实施,农业快速发展,随之产生大量农业废弃物。农业废弃物逆向物流建设是解决农业废弃物污染浪费的有效方法。通过文献调查法、比较分析法等,分析目前农村农业废弃物逆向物流发展中出现的农业废弃物数量大而分散、农民对新农村建设中逆向物流的认识不足、软硬件薄弱以及农村逆向物流的相关政策制度建设尚不完善的问题,提出从源头控制农业废弃物、多方位且有针对性地宣传农村逆向物流、加大软硬件建设、政府对回收逆向物流企业予以政策激励、在高校中有目的地培养农业废弃物逆向物流专业人才等建议,为农村农业废弃物逆向物流建设提供新思路。

With the implementation of the new rural construction policy and the rapid development of agriculture,a large number of agricultural wastes are generated.The construction of agricultural waste reverse logistics is an effective way to solve the pollution and waste of agricultural waste.Through literature survey,comparative analysis and other methods,this paper analyzes the problems of large and scattered agricultural waste in the development of rural agricultural waste reverse logistics,farmers'insufficient understanding of reverse logistics in the new rural construction,weak software and hardware,and the imperfect construction of relevant policies and systems of rural reverse logistics,and proposes to control agricultural waste from the source,and promote rural reverse logistics in multiple directions and pertinently suggestions such as increasing the construction of software and hardware,the government giving policy incentives to recycling reverse logistics enterprises,and the purposeful training of agricultural waste reverse logistics professionals in colleges and universities provide new ideas for the construction of rural agricultural waste reverse logistics.
