我国效能提升研究的进展与热点分析

A Comparative Analysis of the Progress and Hot Spots of Efficiency Research

借助CiteSpace软件,以中国知网CSSCI数据库为数据源,对我国效能提升研究的基本情况、热点和发展态势进行可视化分析。研究发现:(1)我国效能研究近十年的总体发文量呈上升趋势,研究主题与内容呈现多元学科特征。虽然国内研究机构很多,但机构间合作密度稀疏,且研究地域化倾向较为明显。(2)我国效能提升领域的研究能够较为紧密地结合时代的发展,与国家政策思想和社会现状紧密结合。(3)我国效能提升领域的研究逐渐趋向细化与深入,研究情境不同,效能概念、效能提升影响因素和实现路径的研究结果亦有差异,既涉及宏观层面的治理效能和学校效能研究,也涉及中观层面团队效能和组织效能研究,也有领导效能、服务效能和管理效能等微观层面研究。进入数智时代,效能评价指标、效能提升路径、效能提升的分析工具和研究方法等都对该领域研究提出了新的要求。

With the help of CiteSpace software and the CSSCI database of CNKI as the data source,this paper makes a visual analysis of the basic situation,hot spots and development trend of China's efficiency improvement research.The research findings are as follows:(1)The overall number of papers on effectiveness research in China in the past decade has shown an upward trend,and the research theme and content are multi-disciplinary.Although there are many domestic research institutions,the density of inter institutional cooperation is sparse,and the trend of research localization is obvious.(2)The research in the field of efficiency improvement in China can be closely combined with the development of the times,national policy ideas and social status quo.(3)The research in the field of efficiency improvement in China tends to be refined and deepened gradually.Different research situations lead to different research results on the concept of efficiency,factors affecting efficiency improvement and realization paths.It involves not only the research on governance effectiveness and school effectiveness at the macro level,but also the research on team effectiveness and organizational effectiveness at the meso level,as well as the research on leadership effectiveness,service effectiveness and management effectiveness at the micro level.In the digital intelligence era,new requirements have been put forward for the research in this field,such as efficiency evaluation indicators,efficiency improvement paths,efficiency improvement analysis tools and research methods.
