随着大数据、云计算、物联网、人工智能等技术的发展,物流业向智慧物流转型升级已是大势所趋。高职院校如何培养适应智慧物流发展需要的专业人才,成为一个重要的课题。《仓储与配送管理》课程作为现代物流管理专业的核心课程,应结合市场需求和课程教学现状及时进行课程改革,从改变课程目标、完善课程内容、提高实践教学条件、强化师资队伍建设、优化考核方式和融入课程思政元素等方面探索课程的教学改革策略,以满足社会和企业对智慧物流人才的需求。

With the development of big data,cloud computing,IOT,artificial intelligence and other technologies,the transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry to intelligent logistics is the general trend.How to cultivate professional talents to meet the needs of intelligent logistics development in higher vocational colleges has become an important topic.As the core course of the modern logistics management specialty,the warehousing and distribution management course should be timely reformed in accordance with the market demand and current teaching situation,and explore the teaching reform strategy of the course from the aspects of changing the course objectives,improving the course content,improving the practical teaching conditions,strengthening the construction of teachers,optimizing the assessment method,and integrating the ideological and political elements of the course,so as to meet the needs of society and enterprises for intelligent logistics talents.
