摘要
采用两级A/O-BAF组合工艺对安徽省某村庄150 m^(3)/d生活污水进行处理,介绍了该工程的工艺流程、设备参数和运行效果。稳定运行结果表明,COD、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP、SS的去除率分别达到91.10%、93.00%、69.50%、87.40%、99.00%,出水COD为20.20 mg/L,出水NH_(3)-N、TN、TP、SS平均质量浓度分别降至2.10、13.80、0.39、0.80 mg/L,出水水质指标优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准。总建设费用约为309万元,设备运行费用仅为1.03元/m^(3)。该组合工艺对农村生活污水的处理效果良好、效果运行稳定、设备管理方便、运行费用较低,可为其他农污项目提供参考。
The two-stage A/O-BAF(biological aerated filter)combined process was used to treat 150 m^(3)/d domestic sewage from a village in Anhui Province.The technological process,equipment parameters and operation effect of the project were introduced in detail.The stable operation results showed that the removal rates of COD,NH_(3)-N,TN,TP and SS reached 91.10%,93.00%,69.50%,87.40%and 99.00%respectively.The average mass concentration of effluent was reduced to 20.20,2.10,13.80,0.39 and 0.80 mg/L respectively.The effluent quality index was better than the first level A criteria specified in the"Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant"(GB 18918-2002).The total construction cost was about 3.09 million yuan,and the equipment operation cost was only 1.03 yuan/m^(3).The combined process has good treatment effect on rural domestic sewage,stable operation effect,convenient equipment management and low operation cost,which can provide reference for other agricultural sewage projects.
