文章在介绍爱尔兰国家图书馆历史发展概况的基础上,梳理该馆2008年以来的战略规划,重点解析该馆2022—2026年战略规划中馆藏、保卫、揭示、参与、创新五大战略重点,提出该馆战略规划对我国图书馆战略规划的制定与实施的启示。

Based on a brief introduction of the historical development of the National Library of Ireland,this paper sorts out its strategic plan since 2008,analyzes the five strategic priorities of collection,protection,enlightenment,participation and innovation in the strategic plan from 2022 to 2026,and finally puts forward the inspiration for the strategic plan of libraries in China.
