P-选择素、MMP-2、粘连蛋白在凶险性前置胎盘组织中的表达及其与植入的关系研究

Study on the expression of P-selectin,MMP-2,adhesin in the tissue of the dangerousplacenta previa and its relationship to implantation

目的探讨P-选择素、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-2、粘连蛋白在凶险性前置胎盘患者外周静脉血与胎盘组织中的表达及其与胎盘植入的关系。方法回顾性分析2018年10月至2021年12月该院住院的100例孕妇资料,根据是否诊断为凶险性前置胎盘伴植入分为研究组和对照组,每组50例。ELISA和逆转录PCR(RT-PCR)分别检测外周静脉血和胎盘组织P-选择素、MMP-2、粘连蛋白表达情况并比较分析。结果两组外周静脉血P-选择素、MMP-2、粘连蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组胎盘组织P-选择素、MMP-2、粘连蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组胎盘组织P-选择素、MMP-2、粘连蛋白高表达与孕周无相关性(P>0.05)。结论P-选择素、MMP-2、粘连蛋白与凶险性前置胎盘伴植入的发生、发展有关。

Objective To investigate the expression of P-selectin,MMP-2 and cohesin in peripheral venous blood and placental tissue of patients with dangerous placenta previa and its relationship with placental implantation.Methods Data of 100 pregnant women hospitalized in our hospital from October 2018 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into study group and control group according to whether they were diagnosed with dangerous placenta previa with implantation,with 50 cases in each group.The expression of P-selectin,MMP-2 and adhesion protein in peripheral venous blood and placental tissue were detected by ELISA and RT-PCR.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of P-selectin,MMP-2 and adhesion protein in peripheral venous blood between two groups(P>0.05).The levels of P-selectin,MMP-2 and adhesion protein in placental tissue of study group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no correlation between the expression of P-selectin,MMP-2 and adhesion protein in placenta and gestational age(P>0.05).Conclusion P-selectin,MMP-2 and cohesin are related to the occurrence and development of dangerous placenta previa with implantation.
