基于真实案例的反刍式情景模拟演练在急诊教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨基于真实案例的反刍式情景模拟演练在急诊教学中的效果。方法将在该院急诊科进行住院医师规范化培训的学员80人分为观察组(42人)与对照组(38人),对照组给于常规教学方法,观察组在常规教学方法基础上给予基于真实案例的反刍式情景模拟演练。在急诊轮转结束后,比较两组学习成绩和教学效果。结果观察组理论成绩、案例分析成绩及实践操作成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组认为对提高医患交流能力、独立解决问题、创新能力、团队协作能力人数明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于真实案例的反刍式情景模拟演练可提高急诊科住院医师规范化培训效果。 Objective To investigate the effect of rumination scenario simulation exercise based on real cases in emergency teaching.Methods Totally 80 cadets of standardized residency training in Department of emergency of this hospital were randomized into the observation group with 42 and control group with 38.The control group was given routine teaching methods,the observation group was added with ruminant scenario simulation based on real case.The two groups were compared in academic achievement and teaching effect after the emergency rotation.Results The Academic achievement,case analysis achievement and practical operation achievement in the observation group were obviously higher than control group(P<0.05).The number of people of thinks can raise the ability to communicate with patients,solve problems independently,be innovative,team player in the observation group were significantly more than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ruminant scenario simulation based on real case can improving the effect of standardized training for residents in emergency department.
