Snyder hopes to combine the application of the theory to WeChat groups inelderly Parkinson’s patients

目的探讨Snyder希望理论联合微信群在老年帕金森患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月至2022年9月该院神经内科收治的88例老年帕金森患者,分为对照组与观察组,每组44例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在其基础上给予Snyder希望理论联合微信群干预,比较两组Herth希望水平量表(HHI)及帕金森病生活质量量表(PDQ-39)评分。结果护理后,观察组HHI评分及PDQ-39评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Snyder希望理论联合微信群干预可有效提高老年帕金森患者的希望指数及生活质量,缓解患者的负面情绪。

Objective To explore the application effect of Snyder hope theory combined with WeChat group in elderly Parkinson’s patients.Methods A total of 88 elderly Parkinson’s patients admitted to this hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were divided into the control group and the observation group with 44 cases in each group,the control group was given routine care,the observation group was given Snyder hope theory combined with WeChat group intervention,and the Herth hope level(HHI)scale and Parkinson’s disease quality of life scale(PDQ-39)scores were compared.Results After the intervention,the HHI score and PDQ-39 score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Snyder hope theory combined with WeChat group intervention in elderly Parkinson’s patients can effectively improve hope index and quality of life,and further improve and alleviate negative emotions.
