外科手术学基础虚拟现实实验教学模式探讨

摘要 目的探讨外科手术学基础虚拟现实(VR)实验教学模式的效果。方法构建VR平台,从参与VR实验课的2019级临床医学专业本科学员中选取40名作为研究对象,向其发放调查问卷,对教学模式、课程内容设置、满意度等进行分析。结果外科无菌术的平均成绩低于静脉切开术和阑尾切开术(P<0.05)。50%的学员外科无菌术手术时间可以控制在10 min以内,静脉切开术和阑尾切除术手术时间控制在6 min以内的学员占比分别为85%和75%。学员对VR课程的总体满意度>90%。结论VR平台能够为外科手术学基础教学提供现代化技术支持。 Objective To explore the effect of virtual reality(VR)aided experiment teaching in fundamentals of operative surgery.Methods A VR platform was constructed,and 40 undergraduate students of clinical medicine in 2019 were selected as the research objects,and questionnaires were sent to them to analyze the teaching mode,course content setting and satisfaction.Results The average score of surgical asepsis was lower than that of phlebotomy and appendectomy(P<0.05).The surgical aseptic operation time of 50%students could be controlled within 10 minutes,and the surgical time of phlebotomy and appendectomy within 6 minutes accounted for 85%and 75%of students,respectively.Students’overall satisfaction with VR courses was>90%.Conclusion VR platform can provide modern technical support for the fundamentals of operative surgery.
