以器官系统为中心的整合教学在临床专业中应用效果的meta分析

摘要 目的系统评价以器官系统为中心的整合教学法在临床专业教学中的应用效果。方法在中国知网、万方医学网、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台等数据库中检索关于以器官系统为中心的整合教学在临床专业中应用效果的对照研究,提取相关数据,用RevMan5.3软件进行meta分析。结果共纳入文献21篇,试验组采用以器官系统为中心的整合教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。试验组理论考核、技能考核、病例分析考核成绩均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(标准化均数差=1.29、1.61、1.75,95%CI:0.99~1.60、0.99~2.24、1.17~2.34,P<0.001)。结论以器官系统为中心的整合教学法优于传统教学法,有助于医学临床专业学生更好地掌握理论知识,提高临床技能。 Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of organ-system based learning in clinical teaching.Methods The control studies on the application effect of organ-system based learning in clinical majors were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Medical Network and VIP databases,and relevant data were extracted,and Meta-analysis was performed with RevMan5.3 software.Results A total of 21 studies were included.The experimental group adopted the organ-system based learning,while the control group adopted the traditional learning.The experimental group performed both theoretical assessment(SMD=1.29,95%CI:0.99-1.60,P<0.001)and skill assessment(SMD=1.61,95%CI:0.99-2.24,P<0.001)and case analysis(SMD=1.75,95%CI:1.17-2.34,P<0.001)were all higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The organ-system based learning is superior to the traditional learning,which is helpful for the students of medical clinical major to better grasp the theoretical knowledge and improve their clinical skills.
