电针对比导尿治疗尿潴留的Meta分析

Meta analysis of electroacupuncture versus catheterization in the treatment of urinary retention

目的:系统评价电针对比导尿治疗尿潴留的效果。方法:检索PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane、中国知网和中国万方等数据库中电针对比导尿治疗尿潴留的随机对照试验研究文献,检索时限均自建库至2023年3月,并追溯各文献中参考文献。2名研究者按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价质量,采用RevMan5.4软件作统计学分析。结果:最终7篇文献纳入研究,总病例数431例。Mata分析结果显示,电针与导尿治疗尿潴留效果相比,两组在治疗结束后电针组可恢复自主排尿,差异有统计学意义(OR=1.5,95%CI1.25~1.81,P=0.042)。结论:电针治疗尿潴留效果优于导尿治疗。电针与导尿相比可更好地处理尿潴留问题。

Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of electroacupuncture versus catheterization in the treatment of urinary retention.Methods Randomized controlled trials of electroacupuncture versus catheterization in the treatment of urinary retention in PubMed,EMbase,Cochrane,CNKI and China Wanfang databases were retrieved.The retrieval period was from the establishment of the database to March 2023,and the references in each literature were traced.Two nurses independently screened the literature,extracted the data,and evaluated the quality according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,using RevMan 5.4 software for statistical analysis.Results 7 articles were included in the study,with a total of 431 cases.Mata analysis results showed that there was a statistically significant difference between electroacupuncture and catheterization in the treatment of urinary retention(OR=1.5,95%CI 1.25~1.81,P=0.042).Conclusion Electroacupuncture is more effective in treating urinary retention.Electroacupuncture can better dea with urinary retention than catheterization.
