IL-33在蛛网膜下腔出血后的可能作用研究进展

摘要 白介素-33(IL-33)是IL-1家族的第11个成员,它与靶细胞膜上的ST2结合,形成跨膜复合物,构成IL-33/ST2信号通路,可以有效地调节机体内多种炎症和免疫反应,改善机体的免疫功能。研究表明,IL-33/ST2信号通路在神经系统疾病中发挥着重要作用。蛛网膜下腔出血作为一种脑血管疾病,其发病机制是由于脑内或表层血管破裂,血液径直进入蛛网膜与软脑膜中间的腔隙,从而引发一系列临床症状。本文就IL-33与蛛网膜下腔出血关系的研究现况进行综述,以期为蛛网膜下腔出血的治疗及预后提供新的思路。 Interleukin-33 is the 11th member of the IL-1 family.Interleukin-33 binds with ST2 on the target cell membrane to form transmembrane complex,constituting IL-33/ST2 signaling pathway,which can effectively regulate various inflammatory and immune responses in the body and improve the immune function of the body.Studies have shown that the IL-33/ST2 signaling pathway plays an important role in neurological diseases.Subarachnoid hemorrhage as a cerebrovascular disease,its pathogenesis is due to the rupture of cerebral or superficial blood vessels,blood directly into the space between the arachnoid and pia meninges,resulting in a series of clinical symptoms.This article reviews the current research status of the relationship between IL-33 and subarachnoid hemorrhage,trying to provide a new idea for the treatment and prognosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage.
