鼻内窥镜微创手术在慢性鼻窦炎并鼻息肉治疗中的临床探讨

Clinical study of minimally invasive nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp

目的 分析鼻内窥镜微创手术在慢性鼻窦炎并鼻息肉中的临床效果。方法 选取我院2020年2月-2022年2月诊治的98例慢性鼻窦炎并鼻息肉患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组均49例,对照组采用传统手术治疗,观察组使用鼻内窥镜微创手术治疗,比较两组手术效果。结果 (1)观察组总有效率较高(P<0.05);(2)观察组术中出血量及手术时间较低(P<0.05);(3)术前、术后1个月,两组术后鼻塞、鼻分泌物、头痛头晕、嗅觉障碍评分比较(P>0.05);术后3个月、6个月、12个月,观察组上述评分较低(P<0.05);(4)观察组并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论 鼻内窥镜微创手术在慢性鼻窦炎并鼻息肉治疗中,效果理想。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive nasal endoscopic surgery in chronic sinusitis complicated with nasal polyp.Methods A total of 98 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgery,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive surgery under nasal endoscope.The surgical effects of the two groups were compared.Results①The total effective rate of observation group was higher(P<0.05);②The amount of intraoperative blood loss and operation time in observation group were lower(P<0.05);③Scores of nasal obstruction,nasal secretion,headache,dizziness and anosmia were compared between the two groups before and 1 month after operation(P>0.05).At 3,6 and 12 months after surgery,the above scores in the observation group were lower(P<0.05);④The incidence of complications was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive operation with nasal endoscope is ideal in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp.
