内窥镜鼻窦手术联合中鼻甲切除术治疗难治性鼻窦炎临床效果观察

Clinical observation of endoscopic sinus surgery combined with middle turbinectomy in the treatment of refractory sinusitis

目的 探究内窥镜鼻窦手术联合中鼻甲切除术治疗难治性鼻窦炎临床效果。方法 对我院2018.9-2019.9收治的100例难治性鼻窦炎患者展开对照研究,将其分为观察组(内窥镜鼻窦手术联合中鼻甲切除术治疗)与对照组(内窥镜鼻窦手术治疗)各50例,分组方法为随机数字表法,探讨实施不同治疗对治疗效果的影响。结果 与对照组总有效率(82.00%)相比,观察组(96.00%)显著较高(P<0.05),与对照组并发症(14.00%)相比,观察组(2.00%)显著较低(P<0.05),术前两组的ADL(日常活动能力)评分相比无意义(P>0.05),观察组术后3d、术后7d的评分均高出对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对难治性鼻窦炎患者采取内窥镜鼻窦手术联合中鼻甲切除术治疗后,可显著提升疗效,改善生活质量,且并发症少,安全性高,此方法值得应用与推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery combined with middle turbinectomy in the treatment of refractory sinusitis.Methods A control study was carried out on 100 patients with refractory sinusitis admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019.They were divided into observation group(endoscopic sinus surgery combined with middle turbinectomy)and control group(endoscopic sinus surgery)with 50 cases in each group.The grouping method was random number table method,to explore the effect of different treatments on the treatment effect.Results Compared with the control group(82.00%),the total effective rate in the observation group(96.00%)was significantly higher(P<0.05),and the complications in the observation group(2.00%)were significantly lower(P<0.05)than those in the control group(14.00%),and the preoperative ADL(daily activity ability)scores in the two groups were insignificant(P>0.05).The scores of observation group were higher than control group at 3d and 7d after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery combined with middle turbinectomy for refractory sinusitis can significantly improve the curative effect and quality of life,with fewer complications and high safety.This method is worthy of application and promotion.
