探究功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎的应用效果和临床疗效

To explore the application and clinical effect of functional nasal endoscopy in the treatment of sinusitis

目的 针对性研究在鼻窦炎临床治疗中选择功能性鼻内窥镜手术方案的临床效果。方法 本次入组病例数总计100,筛选于本院确诊为鼻窦炎具备手术指征者,接受手术时间起点为2020年10月,终止于2021年10月。依据手术方案选择不同进行分组,将接受常规手术治疗者纳入对照组,接受功能性鼻内窥镜术式治疗者纳入观察组,对比手术效果。结果 和常规手术相比,选择功能性内窥镜术式可进一步提升治疗总体效果及安全性,改善鼻窦炎引发的主要症状,患者生活质量得到明显提升,具有明显优势。结论 鼻窦炎对发病者生活质量存在较大影响,手术治疗效果理想,选择功能性鼻内窥镜手术方案,能够提升手术有效性,促进疾病症状改善,手术安全性理想,应用价值高。

Objective To study the clinical effect of functional endoscopic surgery in the clinical treatment of sinusitis.Methods A total of 100 patients were enrolled in this study.Those who were diagnosed with sinusitis in our hospital and had surgical indications were screened.The starting point for surgery was October 2020 and the end of the period was October 2021.The patients were divided into groups according to the selection of different surgical plans,those who received conventional surgical treatment were included in the control group,and those who received functional endoscopic surgery were included in the observation group,and the surgical effects were compared.Results Compared with conventional surgery,the choice of functional endoscopic surgery can further improve the overall effect and safety of treatment,improve the main symptoms caused by sinusitis,and significantly improve the quality of life of patients,which has obvious advantages.Conclusion Sinusitis has a great impact on the quality of life of the patients,and the surgical treatment effect is ideal.The choice of functional endoscopic surgery can improve the effectiveness of the surgery and improve the symptoms of the disease.The surgical safety is ideal and the application value is high.
