中药合剂治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效

Efficacy of TCM combination in chronic sinusitis

目的 探讨中药合剂治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法 研究对象60例为慢性鼻窦炎患者,入院后以电脑随机法分为A(n=30)、B(n=30)两组,分别给予常规西药治疗及中药合剂治疗,并进行治疗效果的组间对照分析,研究起止时间为2020年1月-2021年12月。结果 治疗后B组临床治疗总有效率较A组更高,Lund-Mackey评分、SNOT-20评分、IL-8及IL-13指标水平均较A组更低,研究结果对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以提升慢性鼻窦炎的疗效为前提,积极展开中药合剂治疗,不仅可以确保临床疗效,同时还可以降低血清炎性因子指标水平,进而加快症状改善速度与效果,并积极影响疾病预后,值得被临床借鉴应用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine mixture in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods Sixty patients with chronic rhinosinusitis were randomly divided into two groups:A(n=30)and B(n=30)by computer randomization after admission.Between-group control analysis,the start and end time of the study was from January 2020 to December 2021.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in group B was higher than that in group A,and the Lund-Mackey score,SNOT-20 score,IL-8 and IL-13 index levels were lower than those in group A,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the premise of improving the curative effect of chronic sinusitis,the active development of traditional Chinese medicine mixture treatment can not only ensure the clinical curative effect,but also reduce the level of serum inflammatory factor indicators,thereby accelerating the speed and effect of symptom improvement,and positively affecting the prognosis of the disease,which is worthy of being studied.Clinical reference application.
