CT联合鼻内镜对真菌性上颌窦炎的诊断准确性及灵敏性分析

Analysis of the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of CT combined with nasal endoscopy in fungal maxillary sinusitis

目的 评估并分析真菌性上颌窦炎诊断中应用CT联合鼻内镜检查的临床价值。方法 筛选2020年5月-2022年3月内30例真菌性上颌窦炎患者,均接受CT、鼻内镜检查,分析诊断结果,评估诊断价值。结果30例患者手术病理检查结果:真菌性上颌窦炎26例,慢性上颌窦炎3例、上颌窦肿瘤1例;CT检查真菌性上颌窦炎检出21例;CT联合鼻内镜检查共检出真菌性上颌窦炎25例;以手术病理结果为对照,CT诊断敏感度95.24%、特异度33.33%、准确度76.67%;CT联合鼻内镜诊断敏感度96.00%、特异度60.00%、准确度90.00%;CT联合鼻内镜的诊断敏感度、特异度、准确度明显高于单纯CT检查(P<0.05)。结论 在真菌性上颌窦炎诊断中实施CT联合鼻内镜检查,具有较高的诊断准确率,可为疾病诊断及制定治疗方案提供可靠参考。

Objective To evaluate and analyze the clinical value of CT combined with nasal endoscopy in the diagnosis of fungal maxillary sinusitis.Methods From May 2020 to March 2022,30 patients with fungal maxillary sinusitis were screened,and all of them underwent CT and nasal endoscopy to analyze the diagnostic results and evaluate the diagnostic value.Results The results of surgical and pathological examination of 30 patients:26 cases of fungal maxillary sinusitis,3 cases of chronic maxillary sinusitis,and 1 case of maxillary sinus tumor;CT scan detected fungal maxillary sinusitis in 21 cases;CT combined with nasal endoscopy showed a total of Twenty-five cases of fungal maxillary sinusitis were detected.Taking the surgical and pathological results as the control,the diagnostic sensitivity of CT was 95.24%,the specificity was 33.33%,and the accuracy was 76.67%;the diagnostic sensitivity of CT combined with nasal endoscopy was 96.00%,the specificity was 60.00%,The accuracy was 90.00%;the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CT combined with nasal endoscopy were significantly higher than those of CT alone(P<0.05).Conclusion CT combined with nasal endoscopy in the diagnosis of fungal maxillary sinusitis has a high diagnostic accuracy and can provide a reliable reference for disease diagnosis and treatment plan development.
