鼻内镜下鼻窦功能性开放术患者的手术室护理配合要点

Nursing cooperation points in operating room for patients with functional sinus surgery under nasal endoscope

目的 探究鼻内镜下鼻窦功能性开放术患者运用手术室护理的效果。方法 将2020年9月至2021年9月我院收治的78例行鼻内镜下鼻窦功能性开放术鼻窦炎患者,随机均分为两组,参照组、观察组各39例运用常规护理和手术室护理,比较护理效果。结果 参照组、观察组并发症发生率为23.08%、5.13%,观察组低于参照组(P<0.05);参照组、观察组手术时间(95.36±2.36)、(60.20±1.33)分,出血量为(43.25±1.00)、(32.11±1.08)毫升,观察组两项指标少于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 鼻内镜下鼻窦功能性开放术的手术室护理配合可以减少手术时间和术中出血量以及并发症。

Objective To investigate the effect of operating room nursing on patients with functional sinus surgery under nasal endoscopy.Methods From September 2020 to September 2021,78 patients with sinusitis treated in our hospital who underwent endoscopic sinus functional open surgery were randomly divided into two groups,the reference group and the observation group,39 cases in each group,were treated with routine nursing and treatment.Operating room nursing,comparing nursing effect.Results The incidence of complications in the reference group and the observation group was 23.08%and 5.13%,and the observation group was lower than the reference group(P<0.05).The volume was(43.25±1.00),(32.11±1.08)ml,and the two indicators in the observation group were less than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions The operation room nursing coordination of functional sinus surgery under nasal endoscope can reduce the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and complications.
