基于营养支持的护理干预方法对鼻咽癌放疗患者的生活满意度影响评价研究

Evaluation of life satisfaction of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with nursing intervention based on nutritional support

目的 研究营养支持的护理干预方法对鼻咽癌放疗患者对其生活满意度及改善其癌因性疲乏的影响。方法 于我院2019年1月~2021年8月期间收治的鼻咽癌放疗患者中随机抽取62例分为两组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加营养支持护理,对比两组实施效果。结果 治疗后观察组ALB(39.42±1.42)分,TRF(2.35±0.29)分,显著优于对照组。治疗后观察组LSR(17.20±1.71)分,CRF(2.10±0.59)分,显著优于对照组。观察组放射性皮炎II~Ⅲ级14例(45.16%),唾液腺损伤II~Ⅲ级12例(38.71%),口腔黏膜炎II~Ⅲ级8例(25.81%),较对照组显著减少。2组对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 对鼻咽癌放疗患者采取营养支持护理干预,可有效改善患者营养水平,提高患者对生活满意度,从而改善其癌因性疲乏,对于缓解放疗引起的毒副反应也有积极作用。

Objective To study the effects of nutritional support nursing intervention on life satisfaction and cancer-induced fatigue of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy.Methods From January 2019 to August 2021 in our hospital,62 cases of nasopharyngeal cancer radiotherapy patients were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group added nutritional support nursing on the basis of the control group,and compared the implementation effect of the two groups.Results After treatment,ALB and TRF of the observation group were(39.42±1.42)and(2.35±0.29)respectively,which were significantly better than those of the control group.After treatment,LSR and CRF of the observation group were(17.20±1.71)and(2.10±0.59)respectively,which were significantly better than those of the control group.In the observation group,14 cases(45.16%)of radiation dermatitis II~III,12 cases(38.71%)of salivary gland injury II~III,and 8 cases(25.81%)of oral mucositis II~III were significantly reduced compared with the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking nutritional support nursing intervention for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy can effectively improve the nutritional level of patients,improve their satisfaction with life,improve their cancer-induced fatigue,and alleviate the toxic side effects caused by radiotherapy also has a positive effect.
