腔镜下甲状腺癌根治术的围手术期护理干预措施及实施效果分析

Perioperative nursing intervention measures and implementation effect analysis of laparoscopic radical thyroidectomy

目的 分析、探究腔镜下甲状腺癌根治术采取护理干预的效果及实施价值。方法 选取区间2020年1月至2022年1月于本院就诊的甲状腺癌患者研究,总病例数200例,均施行腔镜下甲状腺癌根治术治疗,依据随机数字表法分组,等分为2组,对照组围手术期运用常规化干预,基于此,试验组运用全面护理干预,对不同护理方法实施效果展开评价,如疼痛程度、认知功能、并发症等。结果 (1)疼痛程度(VAS):出院时,试验组VAS评分相比之对照组低(P<0.05);(2)认知功能(MMSE):术后5d,试验组MMSE评分较对照组高(P<0.05);(3)并发症:与之对照组比,试验组并发症率更低(P<0.05);(4)生活质量:随访3个月,试验组情绪功能、社会功能等因子评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 腔镜下甲状腺癌根治术采取全面护理干预效果可观,可降低术后并发症率,减轻疼痛程度与认知功能损伤,优化生活质量,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze and explore the effect and implementation value of nursing intervention in laparoscopic radical thyroidectomy.Methods A total of 200 patients with thyroid cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected for the study.All of them were treated with laparoscopic radical thyroid cancer surgery.They were divided into equal groups according to the random number table method.2 groups,the control group used routine intervention in the perioperative period,based on this,the experimental group used comprehensive nursing intervention to evaluate the effect of different nursing methods,such as pain level,cognitive function,complications,etc.Results①Pain severity(VAS):at the time of discharge,the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);②Cognitive function(MMSE):5 days after the operation,the MMSE score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).<0.05;③Complications:Compared with the control group,the complication rate of the experimental group was lower(P<0.05);④Quality of life:After 3 months of follow-up,the scores of emotional function,social function and other factors in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for laparoscopic radical thyroid cancer surgery has considerable effect,which can reduce the postoperative complication rate,reduce pain and cognitive impairment,and optimize the quality of life,which is worthy of reference.
