妊娠期耳鼻喉疾病患者的临床护理探究

Clinical nursing research on patients with otolaryngology during pregnancy

目的 针对妊娠期耳鼻喉疾病患者的临床护理实施效果进行分析研究。方法 选择医院在2020年1月~2022年1月期间收治的妊娠期耳鼻喉疾病患者120例,作为本次的研究对象,将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理,针对两组患者的心理状态、护理效果、护理满意度进行对比分析。结果 在本次研究中,观察组患者的心理状态评分优于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。观察组患者的护理有效率为96.67%,对照组的为78.33%,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。观察组患者的护理满意度为98.33%,对照组的为80.00%,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论 在妊娠期耳鼻喉疾病患者的治疗中,对患者实施有效的护理干预,可以促进患者临床症状的消退,改善患者的心理状态,提高患者的配合度,促进治疗效果的提升,还可以提高患者对护理工作的满意度,所以需要加强患者的临床护理。

Objective To analyze and study the effect of clinical nursing in patients with otolaryngology during pregnancy.Methods A total of 120 patients with ENT diseases during pregnancy who were admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study and divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine nursing care and observed.The group implemented comprehensive nursing,and the psychological state,nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results In this study,the psychological state score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The nursing effective rate was 96.67%in the observation group and 78.33%in the control group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 98.33%,and that in the control group was 80.00%,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with ENT diseases during pregnancy,the implementation of effective nursing intervention for the patients can promote the subsidence of the clinical symptoms of the patients,improve the psychological state of the patients,improve the cooperation of the patients,and promote the improvement of the treatment effect.Patients are satisfied with nursing work,so it is necessary to strengthen the clinical care of patients.
