心理护理实施在小儿上呼吸道感染中的护理价值体会

Nursng value experience of psychological nursing in children with upper respiratory tract infection

目的 研究上呼吸道感染(ARI)患儿行心理护理的效果。方法 数据取自本院2021年1月-2022年1月收治的68例ARI患儿,“入院先后顺序”分基础组(常规护理,n=34)、心理组(基础组基础+心理护理,n=34),2组疗效比较。结果 护理前比较2组舒适度无差异,P>0.05;护理后心理组护理舒适度评分更高;心理组护理有效率(94.12%)、家属满意率(97.06%)高于基础组(73.53%)、(82.35%),心理组不良反应发生率(8.82%)低于基础组(29.41%),χ^(2)=5.314,3.981,4.660;P=0.021,0.046,0.031,P<0.05(具有统计学意义)。结论 心理护理可改善ARI患儿的舒适度、提高护理效果,改善护患关系、避免发生不良反应,值得推崇。

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing on children with upper respiratory tract infection(ARI).Methods The data were collected from 68 children with ARI who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022.Nursing,(n=34),psychological group(basic group+psychological nursing,n=34),the curative effect of the two groups was compared.The 68 children with ARI who were admitted were divided into the basic group(routine nursing,n=34)and the psychological group(basic group+psychological nursing,n=34)according to the“sequence of admission”.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no difference in comfort between the two groups before nursing,P>0.05;after nursing,the nursing comfort score of the observation group was higher;the nursing efficiency(94.12%)and family satisfaction rate(97.06%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(73.53%),(82.35%),the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(8.82%)was lower than that in the control group(29.41%),χ^(2)=5.314,3.981,4.660;P=0.021,0.046,0.031,P<0.05(statistically significance).Conclusion Psychological nursing can improve the comfort of children with ARI,improve the nursing effect,improve the relationship between nurses and patients,and avoid adverse reactions,which is worthy of praise.
