知-信-行健康教育调节变应性鼻炎病人KAP、满意度及生活质量的研究

Study on the regulation of KAP,satisfaction and quality of life in patients with allergic rhinitis by knowing-faith-acting health education

目的 探究知-信-行健康教育调节变应性鼻炎病人KAP、满意度及生活质量的影响。方法 将2021年1月至2022年1月我科收治的96例变应性鼻炎病人作为研究对象,根据干预方法的不同将其分成常规组(n=48,给予传统健康教育)和实验组(n=48,给予“知-信-行”健康教育)。对比两组入院24h内及出院后3个月病人症状、体征、对疾病知识掌握程度、遵医行为、生活质量。对比两组病人治疗效果及护理满意度。结果:两组干预前病人症状、体征、对疾病知识掌握程度、生活质量存在均衡性(P>0.05);干预后,实验组病人症状、体征、对疾病知识掌握程度、遵医行为、生活质量及护理满意度均优于实验组(P<0.05)。结果 干预前两组病人知信行水平及生活质量评分存在均衡性(P>0.05);干预后两组病人知信行水平及生活质量评分均优于干预前(P<0.05),且实验组优于常规组(P<0.05)。实验组治疗效果及满意度显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 对变应性鼻炎病人实行知信行健康教育模式能够有效提高其治疗效果、知信行水平及护理满意度,对改善病人生活质量起到积极作用。

Objective To explore the effect of knowledge-belief-practice health education on KAP,satisfaction and quality of life in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods 96 allergic rhinitis patients admitted to our department from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into routine group(n=48,given traditional health education)and experimental group(n=48,give“KnowledgeTrust-Do”health education).The symptoms,signs,degree of knowledge of the disease,medical compliance behavior,and quality of life were compared between the two groups within 24 hours of admission and 3 months after discharge.The treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention,the symptoms and signs,the degree of mastery of disease knowledge and the quality of life of the patients in the two groups were balanced(P>0.05).and nursing satisfaction were better than the experimental group(P<0.05).The treatment effect and satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the knowledge,belief,and behavior health education model for allergic rhinitis patients can effectively improve their treatment effect,knowledge,belief and behavior level and nursing satisfaction,and play a positive role in improving the quality of life of patients.
