摘要
目的:研究登士柏多功能纳米粘接剂(Dentsply Prime Bond Universal)对楔缺导致的牙本质过敏症的临床疗效。方法:选择2020年6月—2021年1月于桂林医学院附属口腔医院就诊的牙本质过敏的患者86例,患牙共172颗。采用随机数字表法将患者分成观察组(43例,86颗)和对照组(43例,86颗),观察组给予Dentsply Prime Bond Universal治疗,对照组给予格鲁玛脱敏剂(Gluma)治疗,分别应用Dentsply Prime Bond Universal、Gluma对过敏区进行脱敏处理。对两组患者不同时点(治疗后即刻、治疗后6个月、治疗后12个月、治疗后18个月)的临床疗效和VAS评分结果进行观察和比较。结果:观察组治疗后即刻总有效率与对照组相比(97.67%vs 94.19%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后6、12、18个月复查,观察组总有效率均高于对照组(93.02%vs 75.58%、90.70%vs 69.77%、87.21%vs 70.93%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后即刻、6个月、12个月和18个月的VAS评分组间比较,观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Gluma和Dentsply Prime Bond Universal的即刻脱敏均有效,但6个月以上的疗效,Dentsply Prime Bond Universal优于Gluma。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Dentsply Prime Bond Universal on dentine hypersensitivity caused by wedged-off.Method:A total of 86 patients with dentine hypersensitivity were selected from the Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Guilin Medical University from June 2020 to January 2021,with 172 teeth.Patients were divided into observation group(43 cases,86 patients)and control group(43 cases,86 patients)by random number table method.The observation group was treated with Dentsply Prime Bond Universal,while the control group was treated with Gluma Adhesive.Dentsply Prime Bond Universal and Gluma were respectively used to desensitize the allergic area.The clinical efficacy and VAS scores of the two groups were observed and compared at different time points(immediately after treatment,6 months after treatment,12 months after treatment,18 months after treatment).Result:There was no significant difference in the immediate total effective rate between the observation group and the control group(97.67%vs 94.19%)(P>0.05);after 6 months,12 months and 18 months of treatment,the total effective rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(93.02%vs 75.58%,90.70%vs 69.77%,87.21%vs 70.93%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05);the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group immediately,6 months,12 months and 18 months after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both Gluma and Dentsply Prime Bond Universal are effective in immediate desensitization,but the efficacy of Dentsply Prime Bond Universal is better than that of Gluma for more than 6 months.
