脑卒中患者膈肌功能障碍的康复治疗研究进展

Research Progress on Rehabilitation Treatment of Diaphragmatic Dysfunction in Stroke Patients

脑卒中后患者常伴有多种功能障碍,高死亡率及高致残率,给个人、家庭及社会带来极大负担。脑卒中后膈肌功能障碍的发生率很高,而膈肌功能障碍影响脑卒中患者的运动功能障碍、吞咽功能障碍、心肺功能障碍等。本文对脑卒中后膈肌功能障碍的康复治疗进展进行综述,着重阐述脑卒中患者膈肌功能障碍的产生原因、膈肌功能训练,为脑卒中患者康复治疗提供新的思维和借鉴。

Patients after stroke are often accompanied by a variety of functional disorders,high mortality and high disability rate,bringing great burden to individuals,families and society.The incidence of diaphragmatic dysfunction is high after stroke,and diaphragmatic dysfunction affects motor dysfunction,swallowing dysfunction,cardiopulmonary dysfunction and so on in stroke patients.This article reviews the progress of rehabilitation treatment of diaphragmatic dysfunction after stroke,focusing on the causes of diaphragmatic dysfunction in stroke patients and the training of diaphragmatic function,so as to provide new thinking and reference for the rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients.
