基于跨理论模型联合聚焦解决健康教育模式对脑梗死恢复期患者的影响 被引量:1

The Influence of Health Education Model Based on Cross-theoretical Model and Focused Solution on Patients with Cerebral Infarction in Convalescent Period

摘要 目的:探讨基于跨理论模型联合聚焦解决健康教育模式对脑梗死恢复期患者的干预效果。方法:选取南昌大学第二附属医院2021年11月—2022年3月收治的脑梗死恢复期患者100例。采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组(50例)和常规组(50例)。研究组采用基于跨理论模型联合聚焦解决健康教育模式的护理干预,常规组采用常规护理干预。比较两组患者对脑梗死疾病知识知晓率、健康行为改善率、Barthel指数(BI)变化,干预后康复锻炼依从性及护理满意度。结果:入院时,两组患者疾病知识知晓率评分、BI比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院当天,两组患者疾病知识知晓率评分、BI均显著升高(P<0.05),且研究组患者疾病知识知晓率评分、BI均显著高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组出院当天(96.00%)、出院3个月(94.00%)、出院6个月(92.00%)健康行为改善率均高于常规组(80.00%、76.00%、70.00%)(P<0.05);研究组患者对康复锻炼依从性与护理满意度均为100%,均高于常规组(88.00%、86.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:基于跨理论模型联合聚焦解决健康教育模式可有效提升脑梗死恢复期患者疾病知识知晓率,改善患者健康行为,提高患者康复锻炼依从性与自护能力,患者护理满意度高,值得推广和应用。 Objective:To explore the intervention effect of health education model based on crosstheoretical model and focused solution on patients with cerebral infarction in convalescence.Method:A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction in the convalescent period admitted to Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from November 2021 to March 2022 were selected.They were divided into study group(50 cases)and conventional group(50 cases)by using random number method.The study group adopted nursing interventions based on cross-theoretical model and focused solution for health education model,while the conventional group adopted conventional nursing intervention.The awareness rate of cerebral infarction knowledge,the improvement rate of health behavior,the change of Barthel index(BI)before and after intervention,the compliance of rehabilitation exercise and nursing satisfaction after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:At the time of admission,there were no significant differences between the two groups in scores of disease knowledge awareness rate and BI(P>0.05);on the day of discharge,the scores of disease knowledge awareness rate and BI of patients in both groups were significantly higher(P<0.05),the scores of disease knowledge awareness rate and BI of patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement rates of health behavior in the study group on the day of discharge(96.00%),3 months after discharge(94.00%)and 6 months after discharge(92.00%)were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(80.00%,76.00%,70.00%)(P<0.05).The compliance with rehabilitation exercise and nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group were both 100%,higher than those in the conventional group(88.00%,86.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The health education model based on cross-theoretical model combined with focused solution can effectively improve the awareness rate of disease knowledge of patients with cerebral infarction in the convalescent period,improve their health behavior,improve their compliance with rehabilitation exercise and self-care ability.The patient's nursing satisfaction is high,which is worthy of promotion and application.
