问题导向式护理及正念减压训练对非小细胞肺癌患者自我感受负担、不良情绪及生活质量的影响

Effects of Problem-oriented Nursing and Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Training on Self-perceived Burden,Negative Mood and Quality of Life in Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:探讨问题导向式护理及正念减压训练对非小细胞肺癌患者自我感受负担、不良情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:选择2020年1月—2022年1月在九江市第三人民医院治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者60例,按随机数字表法划分为两组:干预组(n=30)、常规组(n=30)。所有患者均采用白蛋白结合型紫杉醇治疗。常规组患者实施常规护理,干预组患者实施问题导向式护理及正念减压训练。比较两组护理前后不良情绪、自我感受负担和生活质量。结果:护理前,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)与汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、自我感受负担及生活质量各维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,干预组HAMA、HAMD、自我感受负担各维度评分均低于常规组,生活质量各维度评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:在非小细胞肺癌患者白蛋白结合型紫杉醇治疗期间采用问题导向式护理及正念减压训练,有利于减轻其自我感受负担,并改善患者不良情绪、提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effects of problem-oriented nursing and mindfulness-based stress reduction training on self-perceived burden,negative mood and quality of life in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Method:A total of 60 patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated in Jiujiang Third People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method:intervention group(n=30)and conventional group(n=30).All patients were treated with albumin bound Paclitaxel.Patients in the conventional group received routine nursing,and patients in the intervention group received problem-oriented nursing and mindfulness-based stress reduction training.The negative mood,self-perceived burden and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:Before nursing,there were no statistical significances in the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),each dimension scores of self-perceived burden and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of HAMA,HAMD and self-perceived burden each dimension in the intervention group were lower than those in the conventional group,and each dimension scores of quality of life in the intervention group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of albumin bound Paclitaxel in patients with non-small cell lung cancer using problem-oriented nursing and mindfulness-based stress reduction training is beneficial to reduce their self-perceived burden, improve their negative mood and quality of life.
