摘要
肝癌是我国发病率较高的一种恶性肿瘤。肝脏影像报告和数据系统(LI-RADS)标准化了基于影像学的肝癌诊断。用于高危患者肝细胞癌(HCC)诊断的LI-RADS是一个动态系统,最新版更新于2018年。近年来不少学者为了能够完善LI-RADS分级进行了许多研究,由于LI-RADS系统专注于特异度,对LI-DADS-3、LI-DADS-4类别病灶敏感度较低,但同时LR-3或LR-4类别的病变在临床上的相对应的治疗策略完全不同,因此LR-3或LR-4类别的正确分配在临床上显得格外重要,本文就LR-3、LR-4的分级调整方面的研究进行综述。
Liver cancer is a malignant tumor with a high incidence rate in China.LI-RADS standardizes image-based diagnosis of liver cancer.LI-RADS is a dynamic system for the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)in high-risk patients.The latest version was updated in 2018.In recent years,many scholars have carried out many researches in order to improve LI-RADS classification.Because LI-RADS system focuses on specificity and has low sensitivity to LR-3 and LR-4 lesions,but at the same time,LR-3 or LR-4 lesions have completely different clinical treatment strategies.Therefore,the correct allocation of LR-3 or LR-4 categories is particularly important in clinical practice.This article reviews the research on categories LR-3 and LR-4 classification adjustment.
